We Make US Job Listings Actually Make Sense
Vestrz was not built in a boardroom. It was built after years of confusion, bad job listings and realizing nobody was explaining this stuff honestly.
100% Beginner Focused
Faraz has personally researched over 500 real US job listings across warehouse, driving, remote and data entry roles over the past 10 years comparing requirements, salary ranges and hiring patterns to give beginners honest guidance.

How Vestrz Actually Started
Most platforms that explain jobs were built by people who had never actually struggled to understand them. Vestrz came from the opposite place.
Faraz watched friends and relatives apply for jobs they were completely capable of doing but still feel lost at every step. Some avoided applying altogether because job postings looked too complicated. The problem was not skill. It was missing information written in simple language.
I did not create this platform because I had everything figured out. I created it because I spent years learning things the hard way and realized many people needed simpler and more honest guidance.

The Frustration Begins
Faraz starts noticing the same pattern in US job listings. One warehouse job lists fifteen requirements. Another remote role mentions “experience” without explaining anything. Hours wasted trying to decode what employers actually want.

The Notes Start
Instead of accepting the confusion Faraz starts keeping personal research notes. What does this role actually involve? What do applicants commonly get wrong? What requirements actually matter? The notes grow into detailed guides.

Articles Take Shape
Personal notes turn into full articles. Research expands to cover warehouse work, driving jobs, remote roles and data entry. The goal stays the same: explain what a job is actually like before someone wastes time applying.
Now
Vestrz Goes Public
Those years of research and writing become Vestrz. A platform built for beginners, career changers and anyone who has ever stared at a job listing and had no idea what it was actually asking for.
Missing Information, Not Missing Skills
Most job seekers are capable of doing the work. The real problem is that online job posts are full of vague language, recruiter jargon and requirement lists that nobody explains. Vestrz exists to cut through that.
📋 What Does This Job Actually Involve?
Job posts describe titles not real work. We explain what you will actually do on a normal day in the role.
⏰ What Schedule Should I Expect?
Shift reality, overnight hours, weekend work and what long term scheduling really looks like in entry level roles.
🤝 Is This Role Actually Beginner Friendly?
We tell you the honest answer based on real hiring patterns and what employers say in their own listings.
❌ Why Do People Get Rejected?
Common applicant mistakes that most guides never mention and how to avoid them before you apply.
💰What Does the Pay Actually Look Like?
Salary reality based on public data. Not the best case number. The realistic range for beginners in that field.
🏋️How Physically Demanding Is It?
If the work is tough on your body we say so directly. Nobody should be surprised on day one.

How Every Article Gets Written
Nothing on Vestrz comes from randomly copying job descriptions. Every article starts with real research from public listings, employer career pages, and trusted hiring platforms. The goal is never to repeat what a company says. The goal is to explain what a role realistically looks like for someone thinking about applying.
1 Research Multiple Listings for the Same Role
We compare listings from different companies and locations to find patterns. What requirements appear again and again? What are employers actually looking for versus what they just copy paste into every post?
2 Check Salary Data from Trusted Public Sources
Pay estimates are verified using sources like the BLS Occupational Outlook Handbook and Glassdoor so readers get realistic numbers, not the best case scenario employers advertise.
3 Write Like Explaining It to a Real Person
Every article is written the same way someone would explain a job to a friend. If the work is physically demanding we mention it. If schedules are difficult we say that. If a role is beginner friendly we explain exactly why.
4 Review Before Publishing
Articles are reviewed to reduce outdated or misleading information before going live. Job details change and we try to keep guidance current and honest.
Trusted Platforms We Use
Our research pulls from official and widely trusted sources. No random blogs no unverified claims.
